BlackHole Bob	Posted - 2006.05.26 18:46:00 - [1] Our TEAM at evegathering.com has written a formal reply and post about this and will be posted at evegathering.com very soon (before the weekend is here) before all our accounts expire on June 1st or are banned. This will emcompass about 6 players on our team. Our side of the story is going to be posted WITHOUT Moderation. We will tell about eve-radio, our dealing with kierons and Macayle's top staff for years, and how we got here today and why this is happening. Be warned, we are going to post a very professional response. I can asure you though many will not like what they read. We documented there actions for a longtime now (just as they did us with there crimanl logs of so called violations of the rules) to show you why alot of eve's issues stem from this area. Please note for all posterity... Acix Reborn and EvE-NN.com network news is NOT part of EvEgathering.com. I only supported Acix. So dont crap on his show CCP and not ignore his weeks of emails any longer. The poor guy only wants to have a good eve show. don't touch this thread ISD or any MOD as it violates NO rules. I have made no post or disrupted the forums. I have not been a troll and raged your forums into the ground with "I am leaveing". heres part of a EMAIL I SENT ...(not mods or CCP staff)..just yesterday...to a CCP representitive (kieron) even after all this... We have a MAJOR SPONSOR and two other fairly good sponsors and we were building the NEW 8 MAN EVE COMBAT OCTAGONS (Two) already. Procore Productions LLC is a multi-million dollar company out side of eve and we called in alot of resources for 2007 gathering already. We intended to keep the Octagons to use in Las Vegas to promote eve in a major casino operation and hook up we have. We have them talked into a REAL LIVE EVE STORE IN A MAJOR CASINO DEIDCATED TO EVE ONLY. This is where we were taking this whole project..to a level even CCP would love and the fans to... The first ever real eve combat areana's public and in a eve store. In the entertainment capitol of the world to test market it all. Not even Acix reborn knew this stuff as until we had the modal and business plan done we could not share this info even with CCP until we were very sure of a few key things first. CCP and kieron were nothing short of top nothc at all times concerning eve gathering 2006 before we announce all the logistics and approach CCP about licensing, we have to make sure our resources are in place. Its a matter of Risk assesment, gap analysis, project planning and blah blah....as well as getting commitments done before we dump major resources and time in all this.... Just like evegathering 2006 we had to have a venue to commit... we had to insure proper media facilites were available we had to be sure we could roll out safe secure online ticket sales we had to ensure our back office could handle the loads from all angles we had to make sure we had several thousand dollars to set it all up as we waited for tickets sales to come... once again... Good luck in the future, I look forward to reading your very professional response. ok ok... many saw our work at evegathering vegas, and what procore does, as we designed all audio-visual and lighting and computerization of said gear at the venue we used for evegathering. We also installed it and maintained it for the first year for that venue alone. We have more then one client though. LOL Our books cleared 1.2 (Approx) million in 2005 ..we are on track to breach 2 million in generated revenue in 2006 I am not here to explain our company though...but I will be brief... We build and design professional computerized audio visual and lighting systems for high end clubs and entertainment establishments. Our customer's are pure referalls. We need no web presence what so ever. We are home to 5 fulltime employees and about 20 part time pooled employees that come and go based on size of jobs at hand. we are no huge company thats some large operation and nasdaq listed....but we do turn good numbers for what we do... sorry to make it bigger then maybe it is...I will remove those comments as they really have no bearing on this at all... we are not millionaires...just our annual revenue is growing. There is nothing to that affect at all...or nothing happened to warrant such a harsh action... nor has anything of that matter been even hinted about...
